PAIN FREE!

I use my mat every single day since I got it in early July and have been virtually pain-free, something both I and my neurologist(I have muscular distrophy) marvel about. I use it on my bed and sometimes even sleep on it. I've gone from 24/7 pain to virtually none at all. Thank you!!

I love this mat! The first time I used it for about 15 minutes and couldn't tell that it was doing anything. But shortly after I removed it from my back, I realized I felt relaxed just like I had been given a massage. I use it directly on my skin now and it feels great. I don't have any pains that it has relieved but it's a great relaxer and I use it every day. Am sending my brother one and can't wait to hear what he says about it.

I have muscular dystropy and am in pain 24/7. I used my halsa mat for the first time yesterday and have not had lower back pain all day today - the first time in over 35 years. Other back pain, due to rigid and knotted muscles feels much better after just this first use and I expect more improvement as I continue to use it. Truly, it is doing what no medication came close to achieving.
